Our Whānau

We are licensed for 25 children, 20 children from 2 to 5 years of age and 5 children under 2 years of age.

Our Whare

Whānau Tree House used to be our whānau home. Home is where we wanted our whānau to feel when they came to us every day, so we knew this was the location.

Situated at the top of Lees Grove, Wainuiomata - our puna reo backs onto a large section of Ngāhere, which we get to explore daily with Tamariki. Te Wao Nui a Tāne is a place of beauty, experience and learning and peace.

We like to be active within our community, so you'll soon become familiar with our local bush walks, community spaces and local kura.

We are Small and Mighty

Everything we do we believe should be for the benefit of the people. We believe every person has the potential to be great. We believe whakapapa and culture ensures our identity is strong. We do this by ensuring everyone feels valued and inspired.

We are a Small team but we are mighty in our newly established Puna Reo - Come see us in our element.
