Shortbread Biscuits

Try these Delicious Shortbread Biscuits you can share with friends, neighbours and whanau.
Ingredients
250g softened Butter
3/4 cup icing sugar
1/2 cup cornflour
1 1/2 cups flour
Method
Cream the butter and icing sugar until pale and fluffy.
Mix in cornflour and flour until the mixture comes together and forms a dough.
Roll out dough to 1cm thick and cut into shapes using cookie cutters.
Place on a tray covered in baking paper or non-stick baking mat abnd bake 25-30minutes or until shortbread is pale but crisp.
Cool on a wire rack.
Decorate with coloured Icing or dust with Icing Sugar.
